Hey Hutcheads. I've been lucky enough to see Eric Hutchinson perform at my alma mater 3 times in the past 4 year. The last time he was there, he sang this wildly funny song about an apartment landlord who would fall in love with his tenants and then kill them - very funny stuff. I think it was called 5C or something along those lines. I'd love to get my hands on a recording or something along those lines. Anyone know of anything like this existing?
